Produced for the Tainan 39hr Short Film Contestival 2014
Running Time: 5min 41sec
Genre: Drama/Time Travel
Nominations: Best Cinematography
The original idea behind this film was to explore how the choices we make in our daily lives affect who we become and what happens to us as we age.
We had a hardworking and dedicated team for the 2014 Tainan 39hrs, and despite facing a lot of obstacles, we were able to finish our film on time. We're actually quite lucky to have been able to do so as the passing of an elderly woman next door to our shooting location very nearly shut us down. But after 5 hours of dealing with the family and local law enforcement - and getting the 'O.K.' from the elderly woman's spirit to proceed - we were able to resume filming and complete the movie on time. What an adventure that was!
The goal for this film was to let the audience have their "Eureka!" moment, and allow for them to reach multiple interpretations according to their life experiences.
